The Phamily Reserve 50N is a collaboration between Red Boat and Blis Gourmet. At 50N, this is the highest-grade fish sauce in our lineup. After our initial fermentation process to create the fish sauce, it then gets aged in barrels that previously held bourbon and maple syrup. The end result is a subtle sweetness not found in other fish sauces!

The Phamily Reserve 50N Hardwood Smoked is a collaboration between Red Boat and Blis Gourmet. At 50N, this is the highest-grade fish sauce in our lineup. After our initial fermentation process to create the fish sauce, it then gets aged in barrels that previously held bourbon and maple syrup, and then it's smoked in a combination of mesquite, hickory and cherry woods. The end result is a subtle sweetness and smokiness not found in other fish sauces!

    Umami Flavor Bomb!

    I'm a big fish sauce fan and cook with it regularly. I'm the guy scowering the internet for the best quality koji spores, shoyu and whatever fermented stuff I can find. And woooo, this stuff was good! Like really good. Next level quality and umami flavor than other regular brands. It's also got no sugar in it, which is a rarity, and lets the flavor come through on its own. Red Boat also has an incredible founder journey story, and their processing methods are some of the best in the world. You know they salt the fish on the boat the moment it is caught to start packing in the flavor?! Serious artisans. Thank you Red Boat team for what you do! I'll be back soon for more!
