Itinerary

• Learn about West Marin's local history and how it became the first agricultural hub in California, while noshing on warm fresh-baked pastries from Bovine Bakery.

• Taste Cowgirl Creamery's award-winning artisan cheeses right from their original creamery where their famous Red Hawk cheese is made.

• Head next door to break bread with a tour of Brickmaiden Breads, a woodfire brick-oven bakery. Learn about the process of slow bread making using sourdough starters and locally sourced, ancient grains.

• Enjoy a grass-fed burger tasting for lunch at Marin Sun Farms for weekend tours, accompanied by locally sourced salads, and water buffalo gelato from Double 8 Dairy. For weekday tours, enjoy a seafood style lunch at The Marshall Store along the shores of Tomales Bay.

• Take a behind-the-scenes look at sustainable oyster production at Hog Island Oyster Co., followed by a tasting of raw and BBQ prepared oysters harvested directly from the farm.

• Tour a small, regenerative and organic farm, Little Wing Farm or Table Top Farm, with a chance to harvest seasonal veggies/fruit alongside the farmer, depending on availability and seasonality.
