Yemeni green coffee beans that are imported directly from a family farmers cooperative that grows this specialty coffee high in the Haraaz mountains. Expertly 'medium' roasted in small batches in the USA.

Coffee is traceable to the Sharqi Haraaz sub region and is sourced directly as dried coffee cherries from farmers in accordance with our co-op's - ‘FairValue Coffee Purchasing System’. It is naturally organic, grown traditionally on stone-sloped terraced mountains at 2,500 MASL, hand-picked and naturally dry-processed in a mill in Sana’a. Ideal conditions make for a dense, aromatic and flavorful bean.

Tasting Notes:  Brown sugar flavor with hazelnut, cane juice and chocolate; sweet with tart citric acidity and a heavy mouthfeel.

Recommended brewing method: Espresso, Drip Filter, French Press or any method you prefer to brew your coffee.
