Hog Island Sweetwaters.
Our original oyster and the star of our show: a rich and, as the name suggests, sweet-tasting Pacific oyster with a slightly smoky finish. Plump meat sits in a beautifully shaped, deep-cupped, fluted shell that is the result of rack-and-bag farming techniques.
Hog Island oysters taste amazing because of the water in which they grow and the farming techniques that we use. The health and cleanliness of the water in which they live is essential. Tomales Bay, on the coast of Northern California where our oysters are grown, has cool, clean water rich in plankton that oysters feed on to grow plump and sweet.
Choose between a 36 and 60 count bag of extra-small Hog Island Sweetwater oysters, the perfect size for slurping on the half shell.
