Jenny Hwa, the founder and San Francisco native, has an unrelenting love of classic design and the culinary arts, as such, Loyale celebrates these two passions. She spent decades on the East Coast working with nonprofits, festivals and companies like Kate Spade and Armani. In 2017 she moved back to the Bay Area, set up shop in the Outer Sunset and launched this collection of ethical home essentials.

Did you know San Francisco is 7 by 7 miles? We design, develop and produce each product within the city limits.
Our pattern maker is in the Dog Patch, the family-owned factory we partner with is in Potrero Hill and we ship orders from our studio in the Outer Sunset.
We deliberately and happily stay local because we want to support small businesses in our city and reduce our carbon footprint.

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason your Loyale purchase does not meet your expectations, no worries, please read below for our exchange and return policies. If you have any order questions or comments, please email hello@loyalestudio.com and an associate will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. Holiday Return Policy We offer an extended return date range for the gift giving season. Any items purchased between November 25th and December 23rd may be returned for a full refund with a credit being issued to the original card used until January 10th. The below return policies apply. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges, so if you’d like a different color or style, please order your desired item through our website as a new order. Returns + Refunds Loyale purchases may be returned for a refund within 7 business days of the delivery date. For a refund all goods must be: - in resalable condition: not used, altered or washed - folded and shipped in a secure form of packaging If these steps are not followed, we cannot guarantee a full refund. All return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without prior notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping option where you cannot track the package. If you return items from a Linen Gift Package order, we are unable to refund the $11 add-on cost that covers the wrapping paper, stickers, twine, greeting card and shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding. We want you to feel confident when making a purchase, so we’ve established the following policies with a variety of shipping options, fulfillment details and tracking specifics. Order Processing We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. In the event that any of the products ordered aren’t available in our inventory, you’ll be notified via email of any changes to your order availability. For partially delivered orders, you’ll be refunded for the items that are not available. We can’t guarantee modifications to your order can be made after you’ve completed and submitted your online order. Orders will be processed Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday and federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Gift Messages + Wrapping Loyale offers an eco-wrapping and custom greeting card package, please select the Linen Gift Package option. Sales Tax Only orders shipped within California state will be charged sales tax. US Shipping Loyale offers one-way complimentary shipping within the US via First Class US Mail on orders over $35. If your order total is below $35, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be added to your total. Estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 business days and up to 7 days for more remote locales, such as Hawaii. A guaranteed 2 day shipping within the US option is available via USPS Priority Mail Express for a flat rate of $12, please select this option at checkout if you wish to receive your order more quickly. All orders are shipped from San Francisco, CA.
