Liquid Assets: 5 Fall Recipes From Cocktail Academy

The holidays are right around the corner (believe it or not!). We’ve tapped Cocktail Academy — the go-to bar producers for everyone from Versace and Kylie Jenner to James Corden on what you should be sipping on for this year's socially distant soirée.

French 24 (k)

1 ounce Citadelle Gin
1/4 ounce Salers Aperitif
1/2 ounce clarified lemon
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Add all ingredients to shaker (except Champagne) and shake with ice. Pour into glass, top with champagne,   and garnish with an edible gold dust shower.

Peek of Pecan

2 1/4 ounces Bourbon
1/2 ounce Rivulet Pecan Liqueur
2 dashes of orange bitters

Add all ingredients to glass, add ice, and stir six times. Garnish with toasted pecan.

Cranberry Collins

1.5 oz Few Barrel Gin
3/4 oz Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur
3/4 oz Clarified Lemon
1/2 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup

Add Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur to highball glass, Add all other ingredients to shaker, fill half way with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glass over clear collins ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with three fresh cranberries.

Apple Cobbler

2 oz Apple Jack
3/4 oz Lemon
3/4 oz Orgeat
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients into shaker, shake, and pour into glass with crushed ice. Garnish with three apple slices and some fresh cinnamon.

Xmas (ala) in Manhattan

2 oz Smith Masala Chai-Infused Rye Whiskey
1 oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry

Add all ingredients to chilled mixing glass, add ice, and stir for 15-20 second. Strain into chilled glass and garnish with large ice and loose leaf tea.
