We specialize in the design and production of Wood Fired Ovens, Yakitori Grills, Brazilian Churrasqueira BBQs, and complementing accessories. Our collection of products is unparalleled in design, performance, and quality. Our Story

Our Founder and President, Chef Michael Gerard, started this business to share his passion for cooking and entertaining. Having grown up on an urban farm, Michael is a lifelong proponent of sustainable food production and the farm-to-table movement.

Michael built Wildwood Ovens & BBQ’s upon the principle that wholesome cooking starts with nutritious ingredients and reliable equipment. We hope to continue to drive this philosophy forward as we expand our range of culinary wares.

Returns and Exchanges

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom oven and BBQ grill orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit of 50%. Balance is due when notified order is ready to ship. Custom orders must be picked up and or shipped within 14 days of completion and or notification order is ready to ship. Items not picked up within 14 days will be liquidated, and purchase deemed canceled. OVENS: All ovens come with a 5 year warranty. Warranty does not cover misuses, or abuse of product, or incorrect or sub- standard installation practices. Please email AP@wildwoodovens.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you return your product. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All products returned must be 100% complete. UNCONDITIONAL REFUND: Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Please email to AP@wildwoodovens.com . for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to our warehouse.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders below $50, we will deduct $5 from the refund. For orders above $50, we will deduct reasonable freight charges according to the actual situation. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and your carrier can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Defective equipment can be returned within 1 year from the invoice date, at our discretion for replacement, exchange, or repair. Defective equipment must be received by us & tested before replacement is shipped. We will test the equipment and replace if defective. If the product is NOT defective, applicable UPS or freight charges be charged and we will ship the product back to the customer. NON-DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Non-defective equipment returns can be accepted within 30 days from the invoice date, at our discretion, credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Ash Vacuums, Metal Stands and Enclosures, Chimney Systems, Custom Orders. Call your local post office or parcel carrier for information on how to wrap and ship your item ADVANCED REPLACEMENT POLICY: We will advance replace defective product, if the customer provides us with a valid credit card. We will then obtain an authorization only number for the amount of the equipment shipped. If the defective product is not returned within 2 weeks, we will charge customers card for the full amount.

Wildwood Ovens & BBQ’s are shipped directly to our customers from our factory in California. Ovens shipped out of California will not be charged sales tax. Often the money saved on out of state sales pays for the shipping cost. Our ovens ship via LTL (Less Than a Load) carriers. Wildwood strives to obtain the best rates available. The ovens are shipped on trucks with lift gates, for easy delivery to your home, construction site, or warehouse. All ovens are shipped palletized and crated. Wildwood Ovens will not be responsible for delays in transit to the destination location. Wildwood ships ovens worldwide and has customs brokers on all continents. All products shipped are insured by the Carrier. All goods must be inspected upon delivery while the truck driver is present. If damage is observed on the product or shipping crate, refuse delivery. Wildwood Ovens & BBQ’s is not responsible for damaged or lost goods incurred during shipping. All claims on account of errors in price, shortages, or quality of goods or any other nature must be presented within 10 days from receipt of order. MOTOR FREIGHT ORDERS: If your order has shipped via Motor Freight, Do not accept any packages with visible damage to the outside and report concealed damage within 24 hours. NOTE: Large Items Shipped Via Motor Freight are not delivered into your home or project. Please arrange to have a crew to move these items to your desired location. Must open and inspect your package before signing any release. This must be completed, otherwise, the carrier will not issue credit, once the order is signed for and released. Therefore we will not be able to issue credits on Motor Freight Orders that have been signed for and released. It is your responsibility to inspect for damage before releasing the order from the shipper.
