Serving Your Oysters

There are many tutorials and online videos on how to shuck an oyster (ours is below)! If you are serving them raw on ice, you'll need to shuck them. However, if you don’t want to mess with learning how to shuck an oyster, there are many ways to cook oysters (grilling, baking, broiling) in which they will open on their own!
