What types of Collars do you offer? We make flat, martingale, and house collars What is the difference between the collar types? Flat - a flat collar is adjustable in length and is a traditional one loop with a buckle. These are great for pups who can not easily slip out of collars and don't pull a lot while on leash. Martingale- Martingale collars are adjustable in length and made up of a large loop and a smaller loop. The large loop goes around the pup's neck. The smaller loop tightens up, shortening the length of collar around the pup's neck, if the dog pulls while on leash. They were originally designed for dogs, like Greyhounds, whose heads and necks are almost the same size. They are also great for leash training with puppies. Martingales traditionally come without a buckle and slip over the dog's head. Martingales are also available with a buckle for dogs who are sensitive about items being slipped over their heads. House - House collars are not adjustable in length. They are a narrow, lightweight collar with a ring to attach tags for identification. We also offer them with embroidered name and phone number for a noiseless, tagless look. They are perfect for dogs who wear specialized collars while on leash but need some form of id at home in case of escape. Do you accept custom orders? Yes! Return and Exchanges
- Each item is hand made especially for your furry family member. We do not have 'back stock' to swap items out so please measure your pet carefully and check the sizing guide. If you have any questions please let us know. We are always happy to help!
If the item does not fit and you would like some modifications we are happy to do that for an additional fee.
- If we have made an error we are happy to modify or exchange the item and/or correct the error at no cost.
- Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged but we may be able to make modifications.

Items which are unsatisfactory due to our error may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Items showing wear or tear will not be accepted for return. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You must contact us by email at Waldo@TellerHill.com before you mail any item back.
