The Boston Smoked Fish Company produces the highest quality smoked fish available using sustainably harvested fish, locally sourced ingredients, and all natural preparation. We hand select the freshest fish daily from the docks in Boston, expertly match it with fresh herbs and spices, and gently smoke it in small batches over specific varieties of North American hardwoods. We believe it is important for people to know what they eat, and that is why we use locally-sourced ingredients from the communities in which we work and live.
Started in 2013 by two former lawyers, Boston Smoked Fish focuses on the art of hot smoking seafood. Being the only smoked fish company located in the heart of the New England seafood capital, here on the fish pier we are a customer to all and a competitor to none.
We share the historic Boston Fish Pier with over 10 other primary seafood processors from which we gather our supply on a daily basis. Many times we will purchase our supply, smoke and package it, and sell it back to our neighbors for them to sell to their customers. We source only Monterey Bay approved species and bring in everything fresh and never frozen. We are fortunate to have such easy, wonderful access to some of the best seafood on earth.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we only ship to: New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
