Peter & Ginhee Ungàr opened Tasting Counter in 2015 to reimagine the restaurant experience. In a minimalist and modern space that is both a kitchen and dining room, guests take their seats at a U-shaped counter framing the kitchen and watch as food for guests is cooked, beautifully plated, and served immediately, course by course.
TC Market is an extension of Tasting Counter. TC Market hot sauces, vinegars, and preserves are made at Tasting Counter in small batches using carefully sourced ingredients from our favorite local farms and preserved at the height of the season to be enjoyed throughout the year.
Our collection includes classics that we use often in our kitchen (and at home!) including Lacto-Fermented Hot Sauce, Preserved Lemon, and White Wine Vinegar.
