Microgreens are tender, edible seedlings of vegetables and herbs grown to the cotyledons (seed leaves) or first true leaf stages. In comparison to their mature plant counterparts, microgreens provide approximately five to forty times more vitamins and carotenoids. Microgreens can provide strong flavors, bright colors and interesting textures as garnishes for salads or entrees.
Our signature Microgreens Mixes include an assortment of carefully, naturally grown microgreens and beautiful edible flowers cultivated in our sustainable greenhouse in Hyde Park, MA.
We also offer unique plants like curry leaf, coffee, night-blooming cereus, fuchsia, various seedlings and herbs. These specialty plants can survive year-round as house plants, and make great gifts for the winter months!
We accept SNAP, WIC, and HIP and are able provide affordable, healthy produce to low-income neighborhoods.
Please visit us at our farmstand on Thursdays from 2 to 5:30 at 21 Norton Street, Hyde Park, MA 02136 or by appointment at email@example.com
