Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to LH CANDLE STUDIO within 14 days of delivery.
You may also exchange a wax melt, travel tin, and wax tablet for another product of the same price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items. But, flower, fruit candles, and customized candles are exempt from being exchanged. Because the decorations on the top of the base candles are delicate, they can be easily damaged on the way back to us. So no exchange will be accepted.

We are pleased to offer flat-rate shipping of $9.00 via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for all orders shipping to locations within the United States. Pending credit verification, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing as orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your product order within 7-10 days.
Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packing materials, and all orders are packed with extreme care to ensure safe arrival at your home. You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your shipment is released to the USPS or UPS.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.
