Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, exchanges are accepted on all unused, new products in original packaging within 30 days from purchase.
Altruistic Love Candle Company does not cover return shipping costs or services. Please reach out to email@example.com for next steps in issuing an exchange. Note – we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit when making an exchange. We highly encourage you to make sure your packages include tracking and/or insurance.
If there are any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If items arrive damaged, please provide photos in your message within 72 hours of delivery, and we will replace any damaged items.

USPS Priority Mail is our primary method of shipping. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. This is subject to change.
Orders are usually processed between 1-7 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 1-7 business days after processing (total arrival time between 2-14 days).
